Yikes! I missed yesterday! I had every intention of blogging too, but...hey! I did say from day 1 I wouldn't be perfect at this. So at least there's that.
Anyway, just some general updatey-ness!
I'm now 57,641 words into my WIP. That means I'm getting closer to finishing it. It also means that when I DO finish, I have a lot of cutting to do in the revision process.
Remember how I was so excited to write THAT scene? The one I'd been looking forward to writing for a long time? Well I got to write it! But after a bunch of other things first. But more importantly, I did write it. And I loved it!
Now I just have to write a bunch more "THAT scene" scenes...only those are a little fuzzier in my brain.
I'm hoping to make some more progress tonight, but there is Once Upon A Time and the Golden Globes. Oh...and tomorrow is my first day of school!
So rather than writing a new chapter, I'm tweaking my syllabi for the semester.
