This means I have failed Donna's Challenge.
That means I need to completely reenact an entire scene from Clueless all by me onsey--> I act out every single character in the scene, do the voice overs, announce the music, etc... and video tape it and show you!
And because I know you were all rooting for me to do this (I love you guys, but you are SUCH traitors :) ) I have decided to let you pick out the scene I do.
Yeah really.
Because I'm cool like that.
So make sure you leave the scene you want in the comments below, I'll repost the most popular suggestions on January 3rd (the day after the No Kiss Blog Fest--what you haven't signed up yet-well go get on that!!!) and we will as usual, take it to a vote. Sound good?
Ok, so I'm going to look at this whole failing on the first day of 2010 as ironic and actually as a sign of great things to come---> note the silver lining award I have in my sidebar. I'm getting all the fail of 2010 out on my first day, whew--that was a lot of work, so actually I'm way ahead of schedule. Woot! Now that the fail is gone I have a clear path to all of the goals and things I will successfully accomplish this year! Yay!

The Writing Things Frankie WILL do in 2010!!!!!
1. I will finish my revision (realistically I think 1 week from now should do the trick)
2. Send out my WIP to the gammas.
3. Have the gammas and all of my CPs and FNC chicas LOVE it.
4. Enter the QUERY WARS!!!!
5. Enter another insane deal with the universe in order to score a fabulous agent
6. Score a fantabulous agent
7. Be forced to remake Shakia's Whenever, Wherever video, Britney Spears' Baby One More Time and (cringe) Jessica Simpson's These Boot Are Made for Walking (cough3 book dealcough)
8. Write Book 2 in the
9. Create an official website!
10. Make at least one more insane deal with the Universe for an amazing goal TBD
The Other Things Frankie WILL do in 2010!!!!!!!!!!
1. Learn how to make a vlog that is not sideways
2. Learn how to make a vlog with good lighting
3. Knit something that is an actual thing and not just a shapless blob (see below)

4. Go back to belly dancing everyday (I used to dance everyday and then I totally stopped to finish writing, but I'd like more balance between writing and my other passions even though writing is NUMBER 1!) I'd like to post more dance performances on youtube, but most of my stuff is dated now, like 2 years old.
5. Start going to yoga class again--I love going to class. I hold downward dog so much stronger there.
6. Create more! I was once an advanced placed art student and I make jewelry and I haven't done enough lately. See below...
7. Travel somewhere I've never been before
8. Post more on The First Novels Club
9. Catch up on all of the critiques I am behind on!

Also, HOW are you going to do this with your limited video skills? You do realize that this will require things like editing and setting up lights so we see more than a sliver of Frankie, right? If you need help let me know.
No worries, love...all will get done. And for my part, I look forward to seeing you reenact a scene from Clueless, so...all worked out in the end (especially since I KNOW you're going to finish soon.) But I cannot, however, toss in a vote for a Clueless scene. It has been way too many years since I've seen it. Had you said a scene from AVATAR, I'd be all over it.

Ugh, I am soooo late (#nokissblogfest kept me way too busy yesterday)...but I don't think you've decided yet, so I'm going to still try to vote :) And I vote for either the bump on the head/rolling with my homies or the POGO scene (and you can get crafty by fashioning your OWN giant 90s cell phone device).
