Oh boy...it's been posted! I just love having my face on You Tube with NO make up on!



Anyway as for my update...

I had a green smoothie this morning, and I woke up at 6:45am to teach and I didn't feel tired (ok I didn't feel exhausted) which is pretty big because I haven't had to wake up at 6:45 in a looooooong time.

So yeah, enjoy my humiliation.
